Learning to talk about your day is one of the most useful skills in English. You can start with simple sentences like I woke up early or I had a busy morning. When someone asks how you are, try saying things like It was a good day or I had a lot to do. To describe activities, use I went to, I met with, or I finished. For feelings, you can say I felt tired but happy. Practice saying these out loud each evening about your own day. Write three to five sentences in a journal. Over time, your vocabulary will grow and speaking will feel more natural.
